Foot Pain Treatment & Foot Health

The upper back pain is any kind of pain or even discomfort that we feel in the back side of the chest and the upper abdominal area. This area also includes the shoulder blades and the area where the rib cage connects to the chest region – the thoracic spine. This pain can be either briefly or chronic. A chronic pain is a pain which lasts more than three months. Also, the upper back pain can be caused by tight muscles, as well as sitting too long in the same spot. There are certain exercises that you can do to stretch your upper back muscles in order to relieve pain.

-          Sit up straight in a comfortable chair, with your shoulders positions directly over your hips and your arms hanging down by your side. Keep your elbows straight and lift both arms over your head at the same time. Hold in this stretching position for 10-20 seconds and return to your initial position.

-          Stand or sit with your spine straight and your shoulders over your hips. Push your elbows behind your body so that you bring your shoulder blades as close as you can. Hold in this position for 5 seconds and then release. Repeat the action for 10 times.
There are also exercises that you can do in order to relieve your upper back pain.
Another very common pain especially at adults is the lower back pain. This pain often appears due to overuse and muscle strain, but injury can also cause it. When you experience such pain, you can do certain exercises for lower back pain, in order to relieve this pain. Some of the exercises that can help you relieve lower back pain are:

Foot pain is another commonly met pain and it appears especially as we age. We use our feet most and so as we age, feet can become painful in many ways. Here are some advices that can show you how to relieve foot pain.

-          Align your feet standing with them facing forward a straight surface.
-          Walk barefoot – this will help you use a good feet alignment and it can increase your foot dexterity, as well as it will stretch the muscles
-          Choose your shoes wisely. High heels, as well as shoes which have little or no arch support may cause foot pain
-          Stretch your feet
-          Rube the painful feet with a gel that contains anti-inflammatory aid, as this can also relieve the tension in your muscles
-          Place ice on your sore foot to reduce possible inflammation

With the correct attention and exercises, almost any pain can be treated at home. If your pain worsens, though, you should immediately contact your doctor, as it might be more serious than you first thought.
