Pain on top of foot can be a disease sign!

Many body’s diseases manifest with changes with a top of foot pain even with months and years before they threw around their gravity changes; seen and reported on time, the right interpretation of this signs would help people to prevent serious illnesses (cancer, diabetes, rheumatism, gout). Also, many cardiovascular, respiratory, neuropsychiatries, rheumatic diseases are triggered withy a pain on top of foot, when walking or even standing.

The diabetes, for example, occurs usually with fatigue and top of foot pain in the bones of plants and ankles, numbness and cold feeling, dull or burning, discrete swelling of the feet. The patient must be present 2-4 times per year to be seen by a dermatologist and rheumatologist specialist, especially when the pain on top of foot occur frequently. Even the choice of casual footwear at work and at home, in addition of a consult twice a year will bring large effects over time.

-          Washing of the feet with warm water and mild soap, then rinse with cooler water;
-          The feet must be cleaned carefully especially between the toes, whenever necessary, with a towel slightly rough but not traumatic. Clearing is done from the bottom up to perch;
-           A light massage upward with prolonged maneuvers, possibly with a bit of edible oil;
-          When resting legs, the ankles should be higher than the basin, whenever possible, or even in evening after bath;
-          For hipper sweat use sprays, lotions, creams, talc;
-          The calluses and thickened skin on the heels can be removed during bathing with a pumice stone, chafing, and irritation treated with mild disinfectant and healing;
-          The everyday socks, even those used should be soft and absorbent cotton or wool, not too loose, not too tight, not too thin to absorb;
-          Shoes must have adapted shape, size, and features of the leg and after work done, not by fashion or price. Used shoes must be changed and maintained regularly;
-          Slippers must meet all the conditions to protect and ensure the health of the feet, less aesthetic and price claims. At home can walk on barefoot, for recreation and natural legs gymnastics while taking all precautions not to hurt, not infect and not having cool feet.
