pain: in our back, feet, muscles and sometimes we even feel that every part of
our body that can hurt, hurts! But with proper exercise and attention, we can
relieve almost any type of pain.

The upper back
pain is any kind of pain or even discomfort that we feel in the back side
of the chest and the upper abdominal area. This area also includes the shoulder
blades and the area where the rib cage connects to the chest region – the
thoracic spine. This pain can be either briefly or chronic. A chronic pain is a
pain which lasts more than three months. Also, the upper back pain can be caused by tight muscles, as well as sitting
too long in the same spot. There are certain exercises that you can do to
stretch your upper back muscles in order to relieve pain.

Sit up straight in a comfortable chair, with
your shoulders positions directly over your hips and your arms hanging down by
your side. Keep your elbows straight and lift both arms over your head at the
same time. Hold in this stretching position for 10-20 seconds and return to
your initial position.

Stand or sit with your spine straight and
your shoulders over your hips. Push your elbows behind your body so that you
bring your shoulder blades as close as you can. Hold in this position for 5
seconds and then release. Repeat the action for 10 times.
There are also exercises that you can do in order to
relieve your upper back pain.
Another very common pain especially at adults is the
lower back pain. This pain often appears due to overuse and muscle strain, but
injury can also cause it. When you experience such pain, you can do certain exercises for lower back pain, in order
to relieve this pain. Some of the exercises that can help you relieve lower
back pain are:

Foot pain is another commonly met pain and it appears
especially as we age. We use our feet most and so as we age, feet can become
painful in many ways. Here are some advices that can show you how to relieve foot pain.

forward a straight surface.

feet alignment and it can increase your foot dexterity, as well as it will stretch
the muscles

Choose your shoes wisely. High heels, as well
